What if the recharge shows pending?
Some operators confirm a few minutes late. The status updates automatically; if the operator finally rejects it, the amount is reversed to the DuePe CSP.
Can I see the plans before paying?
Yes - the shopkeeper can open the operator's plan list and show validity and benefits before the customer chooses.
Can I recharge DTH for family in another village?
Yes. Only the subscriber ID is needed, so a recharge can be done for a connection in any other village or town.
Does the customer need an app?
No. The shopkeeper does the recharge from the DuePe app; the customer only gives the number and pays cash.
Is there a receipt for the recharge?
Yes. Every recharge has an operator reference, shown in the app and on the receipt, which settles any question later.
